With a background in project management and sales, Roger has successfully handled diverse construction projects, ranging from $30,000 bathroom remodels to million-dollar luxury home renovations in Los Angeles.
Starting his career in customer service, Roger's passion for hands-on work and construction projects led him to transition into the trades. Mastering various construction disciplines and embracing the therapeutic nature of manual labor, he honed his skills and gained valuable industry insights.
As his career progressed, he ventured into project management, working on luxury residential and commercial projects in Los Angeles where he met and created a network of skilled subcontractors and craftsmen. This experience laid the foundation for the vision of Alta Vista Master Builders. Roger's goal is to leverage his knowledge, creativity, and unwavering commitment to exceptional design and construction, providing clients with remarkable experiences and fostering enduring relationships.
